Set up reservation on OpenTable on short notice for Sunday "after church rush". Was seated immediately. Service was very good. They were able to accommodate a 1 year old as well as a 91yo on a birthday We are from out of town and dine hear about twice a year. Food was very good and all prepared well. We especially appreciated being able to order from the lunch menu on a Sunday. Value was good as well. We will keep coming back. Food ranged from shrimp echiladas, salmon, chili reyeno, to standard texmex fair.

Drinks were amazing and fairly priced. I ordered the ceviche and I was a little disappointed that the marine glass it was served in had more tomatoes than the actual ceviche probably about a 60%to 40% ratio. Overall service was great. I would definitely go back but I will never order the ceviche again.

Rio Mambo does not actually use the OpenTable reservation system. For this particular reservation, we arrived to the restaurant to find it closed. Since then, a couple days ago, we booked a reservation to the Rio mambo in Weatherford. When we checked in, the host took us to a table without checking to see if we had a reservation. When I told him that we had made reservations through OpenTable, he said, “Oh, we don’t look at that.”

We made a reservation for 6 for Monday @ 630. Everyone drove from different parts of the metroplex during rush hour traffic. When we arrived, the restaurant was closed.

Very loud and difficult to carry on a conversation. Music is loud as well. Food and Service were excellent though.
