Rio Mambo is a good and relatively reasonable price. The chips and salsa are good. They don't charge for them like other places. The steak is always good. We used to get the salmon weekly but they raised the price and decreased the portion size. We don't get the salmon much.

Our server and management was excellent. Two of our dishes had issues with one being the wrong meal ordered. It went back twice before it was corrected. The other dish was dry - fish tacos missing the sauce. Manager was very apologetic for the kitchen mishaps and compensated us for the errors. This will not prevent our party from returning there as we live the food and atmosphere.

Our server Brandi was great. The food was good. The amount of food for the coat was very good. A good experience.

Set up reservation on OpenTable on short notice for Sunday "after church rush". Was seated immediately. Service was very good. They were able to accommodate a 1 year old as well as a 91yo on a birthday We are from out of town and dine hear about twice a year. Food was very good and all prepared well. We especially appreciated being able to order from the lunch menu on a Sunday. Value was good as well. We will keep coming back. Food ranged from shrimp echiladas, salmon, chili reyeno, to standard texmex fair.
