    Join Chef Clint Connaway at our chef's table experience which offers unparalleled proximity to the live fire culinary action, allowing you to witness the creation of each dish. Enjoy a deeply immersive pre-fixed, multi-course meal personalized dining adventure that transcends the traditional restaurant encounter. It is $75 to reserve the table plus $75 per person. Additional costs include alcohol, tax and 20% gratuity. Call 817-266-4455 or email jsaleebey@riobrazosgrill.com to make your reservation. Reservations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Please note: Reservations made within 24hours will not be able to be honored. We reserve the right to cancel at any time due to availability.

    Great experience, went to celebrate families birthday. Owner came over wished him a happy birthday and introduced himself to us. Very friendly and attentive. Food was excellent. Had the tenderloin and chicken fried rib eye. So delicious and tender. Cooked perfectly. Dessert was the praline pecan cheesecake. Very good. We will be coming back for sure!

    Overall a very good experience. The chef’s food really shines and I honestly can’t wait to come back again and try some different offerings from the menu.

    We waited 40 minutes before we got our drink ordered. One in our party has severe nut allergy and the waiter had to go back 3 times because he forgot to ask. Appetizers were good. Salads bland chateaubrian was excellent but the rest ho hum. That was strike 2. Don’t know if it will get a third try.

    First visit to this restaurant that just opened this past fall and very pleased. Menu was fun, service was attentive and food was very good! Definitely will make a return visit.

    Everything was wonderful. So warm and welcoming. The food was everything we hoped for. The service, staff, chef and owner were gracious and appreciative that we were there. Their personal attention to our experience made everything even better. The food was exceptional. Great recommendations. Absolutely a place that will become a family favorite.

    We had a great experience. First time in the owners were customers at my restaurant years ago.. Glad to see that they have built something that people can enjoy. The food in the menu was great. Service was awesome. We will definitely be back.
