Welcome to the Rhinelander Cafe & Pub, one of the finest restaurants in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The Rhinelander Cafe & Pub, located downtown main street, is a beautiful family owned-and-run restaurant rich in tradition and history. Rhinelander Cafe & Pub specializes in breakfast, lunch, and dinner with a nod toward casual restaurant dining during the day, and upscale fine dining in the evening. All of the delicious food and soups served at the Rhinelander Cafe & Pub is made from scratch, with the finest seafoods and steaks in the Northwoods. They are one of the few Rhinelander restaurants that make their own bake goods including pies and breads, along with their famous cheesecake.

They did not honor our reservation even though they agreed that we made it and that it was confirmed. They said they don't accept reservations on Friday night and the wait would be an hour. We left.

Love The Rhinelander cafe. My husband had the Prime Rib and loved it. I had the squash ravioloi with craisins and walnuts and I added grilled chicken! So delicious! I would ask the next time to omit some of the melted butter under the ravioli but otherwise loved it!

Good place to eat with prompt service and good food. The cocktails and appetizers were very good. Our dinners ranged from fish, pasta,burgers and salads and everything was good. My only warning is that servings were generous so don't get carried away ordering extras unless you want a box to take home. We recommend this restaurant.

Enjoyed the prime rib, very nicely done. Drinks came quickly during a very busy Saturday crowd. Staff was very good. Will likely return next visit to the area.

This place apparently has changed hands in the last few years and it shows. It used to be really good and always crowded, I know new restaurants have opened in the area and perhaps they are taking away some of the business. I used to make this a must go to spot on my trips to Rhinelander, won't be doing that anymore. It was just ok. But I am comparing it to the Rhinelander Café I knew and always truly enjoyed. While the overall atmosphere is still the same the menu in completely different and the quality is not the same.
