    Join us for a special, one-off New Year's Eve Set Menu. The set menu is $180pp. Drinks are available for purchase on the night. Sample NYE Set Menu Burleigh Baker bread, caramelised butter  Smoked eggplant crème fraîche, charred leek, agrodolce  Raw scallop, koji almond cream, trout caviar ~~ Coral Trout, white asparagus beurre blanc ~~ BBQ Wagyu rump cap, onion sabayon, pickled maitake mushrooms Potato dauphinoise, mustard sauce   ~~ Milk chocolate sorbet, raspberry curd, balsamic macerated cherries, meringue Bookings prior to 7pm have a dine time of 2 hours. Bookings from 7pm onwards are welcome to stay with us until we close at 11pm.

    Our return to Labart after a number of years was delightful - we had a lovely meal with good food and wine. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable. On our visit, protein offering was Wagyu heavy (3 types) and some of the seafood was not from Old, merely an observation rather than criticism. The wine offering has altered too - a good smattering by the glass with plenty of international bottles on the list. Not as much fun though if you wanted to mix and match your way through the meal, and that is probably more a sign of the times.

    Very nice food. Service very attentive as you would expect for a restaurant of this calibre. Perhaps not going to be a favourite of ours as we prefer bigger flavours. But quality is good if this is the kind of food you like.

    From before we dined at the restaurant, the booking was quick and efficient. We were contacted to make sure we could still keep the booking. The Restaurant and ambience was lovey. The Staff were very polite and professional and knowledgeable on both the wine and food. Food was delicious and you could choose from the special menu or individual dishes. Wine superb. Overall a fabulous dining experience. We Will definitely go back. Ellen and Mark

    High class establishment, the floor staff are very knowledgeable and attentive, everything is clean and the food is so delicious. Good wine on the menu.

    Everything about this beautiful restaurant is first class. My husband and I enjoyed one of the best meals we have ever had. It is hard to nominate a highlight but the prawn spaghetti and quail mains were exceptional. Thank you to our beautiful Italian waitress. From her first greeting, we knew it would be a great night.

    I cannot recommend Labart highly enough after our exceptional experience there! From start to finish, everything about our visit was impeccable. The service was truly incredible—every staff member we interacted with went above and beyond to ensure our evening was unforgettable. We were celebrating my partner’s birthday, and the team made it so special with thoughtful touches that showed genuine care and attention to detail. It was clear they took pride in creating a personalized and memorable experience. The food was phenomenal, beautifully presented, and bursting with flavor. Each dish felt like a masterpiece, perfectly paired with the restaurant’s warm and inviting ambiance. Labart truly excels in both hospitality and culinary artistry.     First time dining at Labart and it was worth every penny. The food was flavoursome and thoughtful, and you can tell that a lot of care went into each dish. The servers were very hospitable and friendly, and the food all came out very quickly despite how busy it was. I’m keen to return for another feast soon. If you decide to dine here I highly recommend the brioche, prawn spaghetti and potato dauphinoise 🤌
