El dúo formado por ambos chefs se forjó en Nueva Orleans, cuya influencia es omnipresente, tanto en el papel pintado con flores de lis hasta en sus platos elegantes, como las gambas con sémola y el gumbo vegano.

Filosofía

Our mission is "Bienvenue to All!" Our restaurant celebrates the hospitality and gastronomy of authentic, scratch-made Louisiana and Southern foods with a focus on environmental stewardship and our immediate community. Our menu represents the integrity and connections between our chef, our farmers, and ranchers. From mustard to sausage to biscuits, nearly every item is made in-house.

Find yourself sitting amidst a fleur-de-lys wallpapered dining room in a renovated charming Craftsman home as you enjoy a seasonal, changing menu originating from the creativity and heirloom recipes of Cajun Chef Michelle Carpenter.Beatrice achieved Platinum Level Green Business Certification with the city. Operations make considerations for the environment, all people, and our community. We work closely with local farmers and we compost 100% of food waste. Nearly everything is scratch-made, from andouille sausage to citrus stock used in drinks. Serving traditional dining indoor and seafood boils on the patio, our mission is Bienvenue to All!

We had a lovely experience for Valentine's Day with a prix fixe menu. The bartender was exquisite as our martini was perfectly prepared; the lobster bisque delicious, and the Princess cake a perfect end to a wonderful meal. Diego was a terrific server. Well done!

The food was delicious. The service was great. The waiter Jay was very knowledgeable about the menu and the ingredients to help us avoid food, allergies. The Green Gumbo was creative and most flavorful. The fried chicken and fried catfish was seasoned well. The praline sauce for the waffle was very good. We enjoyed our brunch and we will return.

We have been here several times. It is always a wonderful experience. The special Mardi Gras menu had so many wonderful choices. We had the Charbroiled Oysters, which were smoky and rich, with tasso and a bit of spicy heat. Our entrées were the Catfish Atchafalaya and the Shrimp and Grits. Both dishes were excellent and hearty portions. For dessert we shared the King Cake (individual size) and the Mandarin Sorbet. It was a wonderful meal, as always!

Treated my sister to a Thursday night dinner and it was lovely! The food was amazing per usual. We have the bread basket (talk about variety), bowl of duck/sausage gumbo, fried catfish, okra fries, purple hull peas, & greens. There wasn’t any room for dessert this time but the temperature and seasoning were just right! I had a sazerac mocktail and it did not disappoint either. I love being transported back to my favorite city in the boot!

We made reservations through open table and arrived to ask questions regarding the menu and the two initial servers (that was crazy, we had 3) didn’t know how to answer. It was a bit disappointing and to be honest we were about to leave when our third waiter arrived and did an excellent job reviewing the off menu items and answering our questions. I had the chicken and waffles and it was excellent. Their bartender was superb! She was the reason we stayed to have brunch. Her french 75 was incredible. We had a side of the garlic potatoes which ok but they balanced the plate perfectly. Their coffee is not the best but hits the spot especially if you’re meeting to catch up with friends. Overall good job.
