Our dining experience was exceptional. We made a last minute reservation and Jose was very accommodating when we preferred a booth over a table. We enjoyed a cocktail at the bar while waiting a few minutes for our booth. We splurged and ordered the Mussels, Crab Omelette, and Regent Bread Basket for the appetizers. They all were phenomenal but the mussels were my favorite. I'll be sure to order them every time! Don't dismiss the bread basket. I loved how hot and fresh several of them were, along with the great flavors and textures and the salted whipped butter that came with them. For the main course, we ordered the Chicken Ballotine and the Scallops. The presentation was amazing, we couldn't wait to taste. Patrick, the Manager, took the time to describe the process in making the Chicken Ballotine which deserves respect. I had the scallops and it'll be tough for me to try something new because they were phenomenal!! Our waitress, Amber, was an absolute pleasure. She was attentive, fun, and really made us feel welcomed and special. Amber, Patrick, and Jose went above and beyond and were truly interested in receiving honest feedback as we made our way through the meal. Unfortunately, we cannot comment on dessert since we were too full after enjoying the 3 appetizers and 2 entrees. I can only imagine how good they are. Shoutout to the chef, we can't wait to come back!!

The food is outstanding. The restaurant and bar team go above and beyond to please. The new Regent Restaurant and Bar is an experience you won’t want to miss!

Exceptional service and food. Nice to see some familiar faces working there. Creative cocktails. The foods as good as any of top rated restaurants in the area. Would like to see the bread service offered in a smaller size for 2-4 people. Definitely looking forward to going back to try their Happy Hour.
