REFUEL Bar and Restaurant está ubicado en uno de los hoteles más elegantes de Londres, el The Soho Hotel, en el corazón del West End y a solo unos minutos de los populares teatros y locales de ocio nocturno de la ciudad. Diseñado por el propietario Kit Kemp, el interior del REFUEL presenta tonos marrones, verdes y neutros, compensados con un mural pintado en colores vivos del artista londinense Alexander Hollweg, que se extiende a lo largo de toda la barra de pewder y roble. El REFUEL es conocido sobre todo por su menú europeo con énfasis en los productos frescos y ecológicos. Se podrán encontrar platillos como mousse de atún con aguacate, Ponzo, chile y aceite de trufa, gnocchi de calabaza con champiñones y filetes Aberdeenshire. El restaurante también ofrece uno de los mejores menús de postre del Soho, con delicias como copa de helado de moca chocca, tarta de nueces y miel con helado y gelatina de clementina especiada con sorbete de arándanos. Comida bien elaborada y con buena presentación , el unico pero seria con el stitch tartar ( poca carne y demasiadas alcaparras )

Buen sitio, decorado con gusto, excelente comida y cocteles. Por poner una pega, La Luz un poco baja, pero un lugar para repetir!!

Fantastic venue great staff, meeting up with friends some of whom arrived late but the restaurant staff did everything to accommodate us. Thank you for a wonderful evening, I cannot recommended this place more highly!

Restaurant and hotel always gives you a warm feeling . Team very attentive. Food perfect . It was a bit quieter than I have seen it before but that worked for us . Was seated near kitchen . Not the best location but it didn’t effect our enjoyment . We arrived half an hour early but they were happy to seat us . There were 6 of us . Worth 5 stars

The hotel and restaurant has a lovely ambiance. Funky and bright and a nice place to be. The roast dinner was nice . It was lacking as only a few vegetables were provided ( one very small narrow carrot and parsnip and a few kale leaves). The courgette starter was lovely as was the bread. The service was attentive and friendly.

One of the best food experiences ever. Everything was just perfect from the ambience to the food and the service. Would highly recommend and will be back soon.
