We have been to Reel once before and we were the only people for lunch and they were extremely slow with the food. 3 years later we decided to come for Valentine's day for dinner and clearly they were overwhelmed. The hostess was clearly frazzled, she never asked our names just if we had a reservation we said yes and we were seated promptly. After about 20 minutes we ordered drinks. 20 minutes later they were delivered to the table with one of the drinks being wrong. The scallops were good, the redfish was over cooked but the mashed potatoes were delicious. While eating our dinner, our same dinner was delivered again. The BBQ shrimp were delicious as were the mussels. The food is good but they really need to work on service.

Probably the best flounder and salmon we have ever had, crisp on the outside yet incredibly most inside. It was Valentine's Day so it was a full house but the service was still good. Great waitress!

Service, staff, and food were all excellent. Food was prepared very well. Our sever was attentive and checked back appropriately.

Their Oysters Rockefeller are delicious. They take a few minutes to make but are very good. Shrimp and Grits are the best around. Rico, our server, was very attentive and took care of our requests promptly. We will be back soon.

My husband and i have dined at Reel on many occasions before seeing a tribute band at Madlife and recently met Karen the owner - Her warm personality and intrinsic ability to create a positive and memorable dining experience keeps us on the hook! We will be back!!
