   Lovely experience. Dogs were welcomed and the staff were great with our kids. Would definitely dine there again.

   Quality and selection of food was excellent. Great selection of wines at average prices too. The people serving us were very friendly attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely setting down under the streets of St Ives. I would highly recommend it and will visit regularly.

   Great tasting steak. Slightly odd ambience but allowed us to be seated earlier than scheduled. Extra drink on the bill that I asked them to remove but it felt a bit awkward. It was all good just not great.

   I was disappointed with my Duck, was overcooked and somewhat lacking in flavour. Dauphinoise was bland. The Arabiata was not spicy and also lacked flavour. The starters could have come from any supermarket shelf. all rather disappointing compared to recent visits

   A very enjoyable experience . Food great as well as ambiance . Staff friendly . Not the best access re stairs steep coming down into restaurant ; as well as others to the WC , but as for food and style of restaurant really good . Will return for sure .
