Food was very good. It was busy so a wee bit on the noisy side which is understandable. What stood out for this location was our server, wish I could remember her name, but she was FANTASTIC! Timing was great regarding food, she remembered add ons to our meal, just refreshing that customer service with this individual is not a lost art.

Where do I start was my wife's bday told them ahead of time do they could surprise her. Well bill came I had to remind them surprise was lost. Ice cream was good but waiter put it on table if u dont ding ok but not even an enthusiastic happy bday?? My lobster tail was dry didn't want to complain. My effects ordered steak medium rare it was barely there but portion aside fat side was turned fiwn to hide flaw it was super tough but I know it was her bday do she wanted to mske mist of it. No one came back with more biscuits maybe not standard anymore but no butter even when asked. Clsm chowder tasted out if a can told the waiter no apologies. Or change. The crab dip was ok had 3 tiny shards of crab at the bottom not mixed so we finally knew it was crab. Sons fish was dry. Wife's steak was tough. Not a good bday experience. Equivalent to sub par fast food.

Food is always great. No coconut shrimp was a little disappointing. Daniel's customer service made up for it. She was amazing. Thank you Red Lobster for having such a wonderful server. See you next time. 😁

Our server was great! I wish we would’ve caught his name. Tall, deep voice if that helps! We went for the endless shrimp, my daughter and I and it was absolutely delicious!

We had a server named Donna for dinner and she treated us amazing! Had to leave a good tip. Never an empty drink on the table and always came to check up.
