Our server AJ was fantastic! We went to the Thornhil location on Saturday at 615pm and were fortunate to experience his service. He has been with red lobster for 10 years and is a complete pro! Leadership, attentiveness, friendliness and knowledge were consistently demonstrated! Thank you for a terrific experiment!

Reception at the door was very good. I was escorted to my table and informed our server that my 2 sons were running late. The server understood and asked if I wanted a beverage. Beverage was given and I continued to wait for my 2 sons who finally arrived

Food was not bad. I missed the red shrimp skewers from last year. The food seemed to be really salty. The whole family was extremely thirty afterwards.

We had a great time tonight at Red Lobster as we celebrate my son’s 30th birthday. We received good customer service. Always consistent… Red lobster.

We have had the exact same meal at another location and lets say this was a million times better. Food was well seasoned and not over salted. Anything fried was not oozing oil when arriving at the table. Server was a trainee that was very kind and super supported by waitstaff who was training her. Staff in general was friendly and eager to assist. They kept coming and checking in on us to see if we wanted more food as it was the all you can eat shrimp. I noticed that they didn't bring the same amount of serving as the first plate which in my mind is smart so food isn't wasted. We also had someone celebrating a bday and they brought over a bowl of ice cream with a candle...it was a nice treat.
