   Food was amazing. The service was great. Had reservations for 8:00 pm. Did not get seated until 8:16. They made a mistake and skipped over us. We were seated after we went to ask. Food took 11/2 hours to get to us.

   Took nearly an hour to get seated even with a reservation. It got so bad they ended up setting a plate of biscuits out for everyone waiting. Very disorganized at the front hostess stand. Once seated everything was good. Our waitress was great and quick and so kind! Food was alright. Wouldn’t go back but it was okay.

   SERVER WAS LESS THAN ATTENTIVE. fIRST OFFERING OF LOBSTER TAIL WAS VERY SMALL AND OVER COOKED. PLATE PRESENTATION DID NOT APPROIMATE THAT ON THE MENUE.vEGETABLE WAS OVERCOOKED AND TASTELESS.tHE KITCHEN MANAGER DID OFFER HIS APOLOGY AND BROUGHT A REPLACEMENT FOR THE TAIL.NOT LIKELY TO GO AGAIN ANY TIME SOON.

   All of the food was great with the exception of snow crab. They would not come out of the shell..and I am an expert at getting them out.The shells were not crisp..kind of flexible and would not crack..just collapsed, and the meat came out in strands. I did not say anything as we were with good friends and did not want to ruin the meal experience for everyone else. This is the 1st time the crab legs have not been excellent at Red Lobster...so I would definitely go there again.

   Waitress was very nice and attentive. The reservation system they use is not really a reservation and you may need to wait for a table.
