We enjoyed our wait team. Crab legs were sensational. Had a 10% coupon but still not a cheap meal.

Waiter was either new or incompetent. Forgot to put in our order for appetizers. Several minutes after the appetizers were ordered the waiter came back to our table to ask if we had ordered any appetizers. We ultimately received them the same time the main course arrived. I requested a refill on my beverage which he forgot about until I made a second request. For what they charge for food, service should be a priority. While waiting for our food a couple of tables around us also experienced problems getting their food and the correct food order. Completely unacceptable. Not sure if we will be back.

Delectable, Divine. We had; Steak,Lobster,Shrimp combo , Double Lobster, Ultimate Feast, Salmon and Brussel Sprouts (phenomenal). The price was worth every bite.

Sadly. It's not your fathers Red Lobster. Red Lobster Riverside used to be amongst our favorites. Even before the ridiculous pandemic restrictions, it started its decline. Way too high pricing and sub-par food will make it difficult for a return visit. Perhaps we'll give them another try in 8 months or so to see if things improve.

Seating was quick, waiter wasn’t around much. We asked for more biscuits and they were never brought over. Good wasn’t flavorful. To top it off my dad forgot his birthday greeting card in the table, we went back 15 minutes later and it was gone. He didn’t read the message in the card or get the gift card. Very poor experience.

The food and service were terrible. Well over 1hr to receive our meals. I didn’t even eat my food it was so horrible.
