We made a reservation for 8:30 and when we showed up we were told the reservation wait time was 45 minutes. They also said that it may not be that long, and that they could take our number and call us when we can be seated. I left my number with the host and we waited in our car for 46 minutes. No phone call. No text. Nothing. So, we decided to go back into the restaurant and there were no more people in the waiting room, and the new host sat us immediately. I’m not sure how long we waited to eat, without knowing all reservations and walk-ins were sat before us. Very disappointed in the host services. Although, our waitress and our food were amazing!

The wait time was horrible especially since we had reservations, waited over an hour to get seated & only then after 2 sets of people who came in after us that did not have reservations got seated & I questioned them did we get seated. To many Hostesses not knowing what any of them were doing & to many lists, & not enough help in the kitchen took over an hour to get food. Should have been prepared for the Holiday. Service was fantastic waitress did wonderful under the circumstances.

Food was great and waiter was checking on us constantly, the food took a little while to get out but that was expected, (Valentines day)

Reservation was for 7. Seated at 8:15. Food then took another great while and we were full on cheese bread and soup by the time we finally got the meal. The only saving grace was that the waitress was very attentive

We have had the surf and turf the last 2 times there. The steak has been great quality and cooked to perfection. The lobster was delicious and the sides were very good.

Our waitress and the hostesses were outstanding. All the seafood dishes were spot on . Only one complaint, the non acholic beverages could be improved. Sweet tea :( but can not really complain cause our waitress was superb, the hostesses also.

This establishment is not ran well. Their computer system was down (it’s 2023, no redundancy measures?), so open table reservations were not honored. Of course, they did not have the forward thinking to contact open table (who could have sent messages advising customers of the issue). Not a big deal to most, but when you have elderly parents who need special assistance and cannot use public restrooms without risk, making reservations so there are not long waits in the lobby are important for reasons other than mere irritation over delay. FOOD ISSUES: cheddar biscuits were running out, so it took a good 20 minutes to get enough for our whole party (not a big deal, but clumsy in my mind). As for the all you can eat shrimp - it seems they are getting smalller every year. Now, size shouldn’t matter when it’s all you can eat, but you can only order one small dish (6-8 small shrimp) at a time, and the gag seems to be the slow play in bringing you the order. Said another way, the establishment will make it so you stop eating shrimp for the reason that it is so time consuming to wait for your orders as opposed to you becoming full. Clever - and I left with the feeing that they got one on me. Won’t get two on me though.

I got there and they did not have my reservation. They said their machine does not work. And made me wait 20 minutes.

My priority seating registration was of no use as the lady at the reception counter didn't even check on her computer. She just wrote my name on a piece of paper (was same for all other diners) and have me waited. The waiting time was very reasonable. Food was very salty. Service was excellent.
