Valentine's Day so definitely busy and process a bit slow but understandable. As usual food was great! Served hot so hadn't been sitting on pick up shelf for long. Zoe waitress was excellent Longmont CO. Cosmo was nice and strong unlike many restaurants these days. Manager smiling entire time. Kudos to cooks who I sure were swamped in the back. Glad this RL is still in Longmont.

Food was exactly as expected. Pretty good, not fantastic. But you get what you pay for and this is Red Lobster, so we knew what to expect. Our server was fantastic and the overall service was very good, better than expected.

Excellent service from our server, Sam! The food was delicious and he was friendly and very helpful. Two thumbs up!!! And a big thank you to the restaurant for being open on Christmas! It was a huge treat for our entire family as we had way too many other family issues going on that prevented us from cooking oursleves. It was so good that we will likely come back on another Christmas Day! Yay! :)

It seemed the A/C was running and the booth we were at had it blowing right on us, so we moved and that helped. It is winter.

We wete seated after some hesitation by staff and confrence to see which booth was available. Right next to entrance. Wait staff was timley but overly cheerful, invokved and familiar. Our stuffed mushrooms were almist inedible and we left 2. My tacos eere under seasoned and deep fry oil tadte was old and overdone. Fish and chips were ok. Only one fillet and not many cold fries . My rum drink I sent back. One of their specialities. It tasted like lipstick. I am sorry but it was overpriced fir what we recieved.

Waitied 15 minutes even with reservation Unfortunately there was a hair clay on my plate! I showed it and they have changed the plate

They confirmed my Monday request but when I arrived at 6:15 they were closed !!!

I had received a notice that they were doing an "All you can eat shrimp" special, so my wife and I decided to visit. We were seated promptly when we arrived. Our server was very friendly and helpful, providing his opinions when asked for. The price was reasonable and the food was good and served piping hot.
