Muy rico, pero un poco sucio el lugar y con una alfombra bastante vieja y que no da buen aspecto. Pero la comida y el servicio, bastante bueno

We were denied our reservation and told we would have to wait about an hour and a half because they had taken in too many walk ins. We made reservations because it was Valentine's Day and expected a crowd, but did not expect to be told our reservation didn't matter and that others with reservations were waiting too. I asked why the restaurant even took our reservation if it wasn't going to honor it and treat us like a walk in. She just shrugged. We left instead of waiting at least an hour and a half (as we were told) and went somewhere else. The restaurant was busy but she could have handled it much better and the management could have looked at the reservations it had and made sure those that planned ahead were accommodated.

FOOD was exquisite, best lobster I've ever tried. But the cleanliness was really poor, a kind of smelly.

Prices have increased at least 25% on most items. It was shocking and we almost left. We stayed and enjoyed the service and good food. 2/3 of the dining room was closed. They seem to have lost customers to financial conditions and.Hugh prices.

I arrived to check-in with priority seating through OpenDoor. The hostess appeared to be new and needed to call the manager for help. While I waited she added others to the waitlist. The manager came and did something and ask us to wait. I noticed they sat the guests that came after we did. I went to let the manager know and she proceeded to school me about call ahead and priority seating which made no sense, but we still had to wait. I noticed that she sat a table that came in after she checked us in and told her we were both here and checked in before they even arrived as walk-Ins. The guests knew and insisted she seat us and she was less than pleased. I let her know that she sat three walk-in tables that arrived after us. She just acted like we didn’t exist. That was for an unpleasant experience. The next day I realized that she canceled our priority seating instead of checking us in. Pure rudeness!!!

Only issue I had was the wait time with the server. However, she had 3 tables along with a large party of 12 to herself with no help.

We arrived and stood at the door for over 5 min without any service. Since they didn’t seem interested in our business, we left to go to a neighboring restaurant. Too bad for them because we were celebrating our anniversary, and treated ourselves to a very expensive meal for a different business.
