The waiter was awful, i got unlimited shrimp, she never came back to give me a refill. Did not check on us at all. Had to beg for drinks and silverware

Server needed to be more attentive & missed out on a bigger check & tip because she failed to ask/check re: second round of drinks and other items. I would say that was the only disappointing factor during this visit.

Horrible. Will not return. Nor do they offer open table priority seating (even though I was able to do so on app)

The food was fine. But the service wasn't good. It took a very long time to get our drinks. We asked for an extra plate and never received it. We were told we were going to get more biscuits and never received them. When we received our check it was inaccurate. If service was better, we would have had a better experience. If we do go back, it won't be for awhile.

Took my family out to eat , had a great time. Everyone enjoyed themselves from the food, drinks, and service. Our server name was Jewels, she was fantastic. 10/10

Biscuits are always delicious. Had a combo and the scallops looked like mini marshmallows and tasted like rubber. The fish and sides were good. “Reservations" also aren’t reservations and they don’t actually put you on the wait list until you arrive but it does put you in a faster queue but it is a bit confusing and frustrating to "reserve" a time to come and wait.

Prices are jacked up and salads are no longer included with your meal. Service was poor at best and the food was subpar!!! Never going there again!!!
