Food and waitresses were awesome. Had only 1 issue...it may seem petty to some. Ordered a Cup of clam chowder. It contained exactly 6 soup spoons scoops of chowder. I would say that was a little chinchy... the waitress was gracious enough to bring me another 8 soup spoons of chowder. We almost had a full cup and so no other complaints. My wife had this awesome large Cesar salad...and my soup came out with a big bowl with a 1/4 of chowder in it. Don't order the chowder if you expect a cup. You should expect a taste of chowder.

The food was pretty good. We had to ask several times to get all we ordered, but minor things like melted butter for the crab, ketchup for fries. Service started off very attentive and then lessened. Ambiance is nice, it’s clean, not crowded. Our only complaint is that we told them this was a birthday celebration. Asked if there was anything offered for a birthday and they said yes, look at dessert menu. We ordered dessert and were charged for it. We asked, and they then said they do not offer anything special for birthdays. Weird- as that is exact opposite as we had asked server about birthdays, they said dessert, and then same server says we don’t offer anything special for birthdays…

The food was okay, not great. Definitely not worth the high price. The sides and cheddar biscuits were the best part of the meal. The shrimp were good but the lobster was not. It was small and cold. The server was outstanding. Overall, I would’ve given it 5 stars if the restroom wasn’t so completely nasty. The restaurant was very nice so I was surprised to see the restroom in such a gross condition. I won’t go into detail but I felt like I needed a shower after being in their restroom.

All meals good, crab legs, baja shrimp, trout. Service excellent. Attentive and friendly. No wait.

There was a 30 minute wait, despite the restaurant being over half empty. There were bugs flying around our food through the entire meal. The wait for our food was almost an hour. I ordered a medium steak and the first one was completely well done. The 2nd one was raw. The manager even said I couldn't eat that! They put that one back on the grill and turned it to burned char. That was my dinner. I usually love Red Lobster but this one was a nightmare!

Food was poor - cold baked potatoes; crab cakes were poor and arrived with meal; server tried but appeared to be inexperience and slow. We won't be back.

It was absolutely the worst experience ever! Second time recently that this particular location was horrendous. Rude hostess, horrific waitress, terrible food, extremely long wait for food to come out after ordering
