My experience was great Ashly was amazing her customer service skills were impeccable. The last time we went we left due to bad service but Ashly made up for it with the service she provided

This was the worst experience Ever. The worst customer service . We was seated at 630pm at 715 we had only received our appetizer and beverages (pop) . We never received refills nor did the girl come to check on us . The young lady who was our server had a very unpleasant disposition, her uniform was dirty and hanging . At 715 we decided to ask another server for locate the girl we had she never introduced herself . When she came to the table she said yeah . I told her we needed the receipt service was horrible she walked and came with out a receipt and said your food is done you still want your receipt. My reply was yes . She brought the receipt and slapped it on the table ….. no customer service

Despite booking a reservation on open table when we got there we were told that they were sorry but they didn’t take reservations and the wait was an hour. We left. Please remove Red Lobster from your app.

We had a great time but it seems like our waitress was more interested in the bigger tables than she was on waiting on our table. The food is always amazing but was disappointed in the service

The waitress was very gracious in that I needed to do an eat and rush. She let me run off to my meeting and made certain my husband was served at a much slower pace. Very nice and pleasant to talk with about the menu. So glad we stopped.

Food was dry, and cold ( $34 surf and turf ) I ordered 2 sides and received neither. There were 0 wine glasses so I paid for 9oz of wine but received a champagne flute, my mother in law and sister in law got their chardonay in beer glasses, very expensive dinner but no quality. I didn’t even eat my lobster. Waste of money
