Restaurant is really in I'll repair with several missing ceiling tiles with wires hanging out of them. Nevertheless we paid $70 for a dinner for two with a very limited menu compared to years prior to covid.

I wanted to get a quick lunch before heading home from a business trip and didn’t want fast food so decided to try RL. I was very pleased. Not only was the food absolutely delicious and the service fantastic, the lunch specials were great values. I will definitely add Red Lobster to my short list for a great lunch at a great value.

Our service was exceptional. Everything was hot and came out very quickly. Very impressed! Most restaurants do not have this kind of service these days !

My scallops were as cold as they were while in the fridge. My shrimp was old and not worth a taste just by the smell. My children had burgers that both dripped from the grease, not edible. Only thing worth eating was my daughters crab. The waitress was over ‘attentive’ and couldn’t stay from our table for more than 5 mins at a time. I didn’t have the opportunity to speak with anyone else at my table…fine line at being attentive and being annoying. Wouldn’t recommend.

It was a very pleasant Sunday. It was my husband's aunt's birthday and they made her feel welcome by singing Happy Birthday and offering her a complimentary birthday sundae. :-)

Food: very good. Service: “C” . Remarkably inappropriate employees at times (someone brought our Perrier waters to us stating that “I told then, this is the damn proper way to hold a fancy glass!” Too, service was quite slow (20ish mins between salad and entree). Overall: “B”. Circumstances dictated an nearly anniversary dinner. Thus, we decided to use a gift card and dine with a familiar restaurant from several decades previously. Thankfully, I appreciated the excellent quality of the Maine lobster. Surprisingly, my wife (finally) fell in love with lobster, too! All-in-all, a very good experience in spite of the restaurant’s struggles this particular evening.

With one exception, the hostess making us wait 15 minutes even though we had priority seating confirmation through Open Table with a 6 pm reservation, everything was great! We had the special weekend endless shrimp meals and our server, Echelon, was fantastic!
