It has been a year since I have been at Red Lobster. I was disappointed when my grandson requested a sample of Lobster Bisque and was told that was not possible because it was not prepared in the kitchen but was individually sealed and had to be heated. So much for freshly prepared.

Horrible experience. For a Friday evening the restaurant was not busy and it took over an hour to get our food. Server was not very attentive and it was also a challenge getting the bill. We won’t be back, at least to this location. I think I understand now why they were so slow on a night that should have been busy.

My family of 8 came to celebrate a birthday. While the wait was longer than expected, we were very pleased with the service.

Food was as expected for a Red Lobster. My problem was, when we arrived they did not have our name on the waitlist although we had used Open Table to put our name in 3 hours in advance. The host said we should call, that Open Table doesn't work for them! Only 2 of us and we waited almost 30 minutes even though they weren't very busy. A family of five walked in and said: "we called an hour ago - family of 5", the host sat them right away. So, if you want to go to Red Lobster, call, don't use Open Table.

Very short wait on a Sat night at 6:30. Hostess wasn't exactly friendly but our server was the best!

Using OpenTable made no difference we waited a very long time for our table we were one of the last to be seated for a 5:30 wait list we didn't get seated till 7:15 they were short staffed so can't blame them
