Very dissatisfied with my meal as there was no taste, was served cold, and definitely not fresh. Been to RedLobster many times as I take my Mother there. Don’t think we will return again and will try other seafood restaurants.

I dived into the Lobster Lover's Dream, relishing every bite of lobster tail and shrimp. The attentive staff made it feel like home. Leaving content, Red Lobster became my go-to for seafood cravings.

The food is okay but not amazing for how much you pay. Not happy with having to wait over half an hour when we used open table to book a wait-list spot. Kind of pointless 😕 Really need to start allowing reservations and up the flavours/quality of the food. The food felt like it was sitting for a while before it reached our table. Breaded coconut shrimp was hard. Rice was dry. Not a lot of flavor. Everything started to taste the same?

Always a wonderful and yummy experience here. Our server was Carl this time and he was absolutely wonderful. Best service we've had in a very long time. Thank you for a great experience for our anniversary.

We went to the Red Lobster for a celebration day, 4 family members. We were not disappointed . It was the first time since 2019 and though with the rising cost, they may follow the numbers but filled the dishes. I would definitely go back.

Excellent food with all you can eat shrimp deal going….always fast and friendly service. Good ambience with muted background music….you can actually have a conversation with your table guest without have to shout!

Waited almost one hour to get a table , sat at the bar we each ordered a mixed cocktail, which I regret as I have never had a good cocktail. I love red lobster. I doubt they are hard liquor best to order wine or beer. Almost an hour later we got her table we ordered it took another 30 minutes to get her meal. Our server was very polite and accommodating I am very disappointed with the wait time That restaurant was NOT full of people. The manager should have took a few small tables to make one large table for a party of 5. I’ll never go back to Burlington location. I love red lobster in Niagara Falls.
