The experience was good but not great. The wait was a bit much given we had a reservation. The only reason it wasn't great is they were short staffed and everyone could see that. Many empty tables but people were standing and waiting for at least 30 minutes.

Very very poor service. Guess we didn't have enough people or were not drinkers so our waitress seemed to forget all about us. I t took way to long for her to get back to us so we could leave. Not impressed with this Red Lobster at all. With most locations we have been to manager swings by to see how everything was going and how the food is or was, but not here. It will be a long time if ever to stop by this location in Idaho.

Despite having many people dining on Valentine’s Day, the staff were upbeat, friendly and efficient. We were impressed! The food was great and the was very little noise. We will be back.

We went for Valentines Day, we don’t normally eat at Red Lobster but it was last minute.. on Valentines. Could have been a disaster 😮 but was 100% awesome start to finish. Hostess was lovely, we were seated within 5 min of our reservation, our waitress was fantastic, food was great. All the things, it was insanely packed so they did a stellar job in chaos. We will def be back more often now.

Great experience. The food was delicious, my kids enjoyed petting the lobsters, and it was a great time for our family.

First visit to Red Lobster in about a year, the menu is much better. There is a better variety on it and the format is better arranged making it easier to read. I had the grilled shrimp with a baked potato and a dinner salad. The grilled shrimp is the best I've ever eaten. It was fresh and very flavorful. Excellent! It was served on a bed of rice pilaf and comes with one side. Rice was okay, the potato was average. The dinner salad was good, also fresh and crispy. My husband had the Wednesday special of Steak and Lobster which he also enjoyed. Splurged on dessert with the Brownie Overboard and Chocolate Cake. Both came with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and both very good.

Made reservations for Christmas. We arrived 5mins early, out table was ready. Stupid Ada County law about no hard liquor on holidays. That was the only thing negative-glad I pregamed. Food was great, our server was great. We had a big group, food came out at the same time. Red lobster will be our new Christmas dinner spot. The whole crew should be proud. That was a fabulous dinner service!!! Merry Christmas 🎄
