Surprisingly not busy at the dinner rush time on a Saturday night. But the food is what you would expect from Red Lobster. Tasty, yet pricey. But those cheesy biscuits 🥰

Last time we went to RL it was horrible. That was decades ago. We went this time only because we had been given gift cards. We were very surprised at the quality of the dishes —they were NOT overcooked as expected and were quite delicious! Menu has been updated as well. The layout at this restaurant was much nicer and ambiance was good. Server was also very attentive and knowledgeable. Prices were reasonable especially because the food tasted too good. We will definitely go back — no gift cards necessary.

Excellent service. One of the best servers I've recently had. The food was good, with a few outstanding items. Two people in my party ordered salmon. One order was cooked perfectly. The other was overcooked. I was able to use a coupon associated with my rewards membership. That was a nice perk.

We didn’t have an experience at all, the restaurant was closed for the full day of Thanksgiving. We had to search the Asheville area, at the last minute, for an open restaurant. I don’t understand why I would be allowed to make a Thanksgiving reservation if Red Lobster were going to be closed on Thanksgiving. This was very inconvenient and such a disappointment.
