   I’ll begin with the hostess, they were amazing and handle everybody very well. We went on Valentine’s Day. Our server was Isabelle and she was very attentive, friendly, and had amazing customer service. Now for the food, it was terrible. The calamari was so salty. Our food came out cold and so we sent it back. When it came to the table, my food was plated terribly and the salmon was very dry. We didn’t complain because we were ready to go. For the cost of the food I would expect better. I personally won’t be returning again, I’d rather eat at Pappadeuxs.

   The worst Red Lobster ever! The food was disgusting, was very slow and my daughter and I never ate. The hostess with blonde hair was not educated on how reservations works. We would never return

   Attention to detail is lacking. Understaffed. Lengthy wait. Our server was good but he was dealing with a slow kitchen. Had to send food back to be prepared again. Probably wouldn’t return here.

   Food was great, server was great. We found out when we arrived that an open table hold was not for a set time but more of a place in line. We waited an hour for a table past the requested time.

   Oh how the mighty have fallen. This used to be a favorite chain for our family, but this location is in need of an extreme makeover. A musty smell greets you as you walk in the entrance. The server was busy, and not able to even take our drink order for a very long time. Then came the very long wait for our dinner. We eat out fairly often, and this was way longer than normal. Then the food came. My wife and I had surf and turf. The lobster tail was tiny, and the sirloin had a lot of grizzle. My wife had the same experience with hers. Our server upon finding out it was a birthday meal brought out a bowl of ice cream, and we all felt that was very thoughtful. That unfortunately was the highlight.

   With advanced seating, it still took 25 minutes to seat us, and the appritizer did not come until we ask and the main meal took extra long time to get, like 45 minutes for a party of 5.

    As with everything, prices have gone up or portion sizes have gone down. Some items are no longer included with the meal, they must be purchased as a side item. Even having a reservation we had to wait 30 minutes for our table. We were celebrating our 39th anniversary the waiter asked first thing if we were celebrating something special and we told him yes our 39th anniversary. Because of the question we thought they would perhaps give us a dessert to share, but no it was never mentioned again.
