We all enjoyed our food. A good selection of vegetables, other side dishes at extra cost. Hosting staff were very pleasant and efficient. We would eat at this venue again.

good pub grub, good size servings. friendly staff. No rushing to finish, nice to have a place that welcomes dogs.

Took my parents here for Christmas Day. The whole experience was amazing. The food was incredible and the staff were so fantastic. They made us feel so welcome.

Very quiet at 5.30pm on a Wednesday evening near christmas. Staff very attentive to take order. Ordered fishcake & chips and fish & chips mains and the chips given weren't even enough to evwn cover the plate. Very disappointing considering prices. Fish cake wasn't really big enough to make a mains dish worthwhile. Had some cheese on toast when got home. Not sure I'd eat there again to be honest.

So pleased I booked this for our family Sunday lunch! There were lots of nice pubs in Woodbridge when I was googling, we were spoilt for choice but after reading reviews, I thought the Red Lion sounded perfect and it was! Really warm and friendly service from every staff member. They were great with my 11 month old daughter. I ordered her a Yorkshire pudding that they bought out early to keep her occupied. The roast dinners were 10/10. We all said we haven’t had a roast that nice in a long time! We were too full for pudding but we will definitely be back in the future if we are ever passing.
