Excellent customer service, delicious food. The best burger I ever had, and the burnt end nuggets are fantastic. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend.

Very friendly staff. The food was amazing, very tasty and too much. We ordered the platter for two. It was a lot of food. We had some deserts aswell. The caramel cheesecake was delicious! Drinks were very nice and presentable!❤️We will definitely come back for lunch or dinner, soon!

I love the burgers from this place… typically never leave a review on anywhere but the Gooey Louie burgers are mega.. super lush

We were sat upstairs and service was a bit slow so we felt forgotten. That said, food was fine. The margarita was super sweet 😖

Food was great, environment great as usual too, but for some reason the staff didnt seem to care at all. Admittedly it was a little busy & the festive period but odd considering my last experience when it was even busier in the summer was fantastic. It took 25 mins after being sat down for someone to come to us to collect our food order after we had to request someone comes, and when food did come the server didnt provide any cutlery- think it would look odd if I picked up the brisket with my hands... That being said, Anna (?) really picked up the slack her colleagues left her- quick to tend to us, check up, etc. Genuinely the only person worthy of praise for last nights dinner service. Everyone else really seemed unbothered. The table mutually agreed a tip is not worth leaving for such a service.

2nd time there and once again food was mega, from how it looks on instagram to how it looks in person is basically the same, tastes amazing, looks amazing, all the food is spot on, can’t ask for anything more to improve, thank you

The food is good but it’s definitely a little expensive for what you get. Unfortunately we had a really bad experience with our server. We had to repeat everything multiple times while ordering, for example ordering a single patty burger and the waitress confirming back to us that we had ordered a double patty. Drink order was incorrect, wings order was incorrect, one beer order was forgotten, we weren’t asked how we would like our burger cooked while overhearing other tables being asked. This really ruined what would have been a 4/5 experience otherwise.

Got it! Here’s a revised version that sticks closer to your original tone and phrasing: I’ll start by saying the food was absolutely fantastic! It’s just a shame that the service was absolutely horrendous. When you’re paying premium prices, you expect, at the very least, an acceptable standard of service. Firstly, when we arrived, the server rushed over to where he was seating us, slapped the menus on the table, and was already walking away before we’d even reached the table. To make things worse, he didn’t come back to take our order. After waiting 15 minutes, I had to get up and ask another server to take our order because people who had arrived after us were already being served. When the food finally arrived, they took it to the wrong table. Luckily, we managed to call out to them before they walked back to the kitchen. We then realised we had no cutlery and asked the server for some. They came back and gave it to a different table! We had to ask yet another server for cutlery, and while she said yes, she just continued cleaning tables instead, in no rush to go and get the cutlery, despite clearly seeing that we already had food in front of us. We weren’t the only ones either. A couple of guys from America sitting at the table next to us were having very similar issues. Thankfully, the food was absolutely incredible and helped save the experience a little, but the poor service made it really disappointing.

Food always tastes great, service is always 100%. Unfortunately what I get value for money with the food , Unfortunately it's a little expensive. 2nd time we have been . Not sure I will go again
