First they didn't even know we had a reservation so they didn't have a table ready for us. Then It took us almost 30 minutes before we even got our soda's and drinks. I had to physically go up and find our server and ask him to bring me my coke because i was so thirsty. From there we had a person who had a burger overdone and they didnt' even make a fresh burger before we had left at least 45 minutes later. We were the ONLY table there to start with and it was the SLOWEST service at a restaurant I have ever had. granted we had a table for 8 people so yes it can take a bit longer but we were there 2 hours total and they still hadn't fixed her burger or cashed out our tickets by then and we had been the only table when we got there at 5:30pm.

Hi Sarah, Thanks for taking the time to review our new restaurant here on Open Table. I sincerely apologize that this was your experience with our restaurant. I know how upsetting it can be to plan a night out with friends to have service and quality issues that detract from enjoying time together. Please know that we are working tirelessly on our end to get up and running-you are our fist reservation on Open Table (sweet!) and we didn't know we were live yet. I also want you to know that we are training our staff with our new menu and service standards and your feedback is invaluable and helps me in this process.
