Our full-scale restaurant, Bistro Europa, is officially open! You can dine in our newly renovated indoor dining room; along with our covered & heated Veranda Patio. Bistro Europa seating includes bistro tables, high tops, and fully outdoor picnic tables! Our goal is to provide our guests with an inimitable guest experience with our friendly, well-versed, and knowledgeable team, who are an extension of our own family. We are 21+ across our venue. We will only serve water and wine. Tastings and wine will be offered Wednesday-Sunday. We will offer food Thursday-Sunday. Last reservation times depend on the booking day.

Bistro Europa was a phenomenal experience. The food was top notch. The chef did an amazing job with just the right sause for the fish. The atmosphere was elegant but comfortable. The staff is so friendly and patient. Great job on a wonderful dining encounter. We be back often.

The food was delicious. The ambience was perfect. But here are my issues. First only wine and water were drink options. No coffee or tea is available. Secondly someone I was with ordered the Barratta Salad with chicken. It was not a salad it had very few brussel sprouts and nothing else. Therefore I don’t think it should be listed as a salad. I ordered the scallops with brussel sprouts. It was delicious. But I got 3 brussel sprouts. I understand cost is a big deal and the food was delicious but the value is ridiculous!! Planning eating either before or after you go plan on water if you do not drink wine.

Sophie was our server and provided excellent service! Our food was fantastic—we split the deviled eggs and a beet salad, and both had the crab stuffed haddock, which was cooked to perfection. And of course the wine was nothing less than delicious, which is why we’re wine club members at both Jolo and Rayson! Loved the new Chapter III red wine from Chris. Finished our meal with a glass at the bar, which is beautiful, with Coleman who is always so sweet!

Food was AMAZING!! The portions were a bit small but very tasty. Staff was professional and insightful. It is not well lit on the outside, so it was a bit of an adventure finding our way in.

Enjoyed having our gathering with close friends for Christmas. Everyone had a wonderful time. Good and service was spot on.

Beautiful venue. Great service. The Chef's and waitress happily worked around options for food allergies!! Founders Reserve is now my favorite dry red wine.

I’d been wanting to visit Rayson Winery for quite a while after experiencing their other winery JOLO and as expected this place did not disappoint! Rayson offers an exceptional dining experience, especially during the holiday season when the decorations transform the space into a festive wonderland. The ambiance is both elegant and inviting, making it the perfect setting for a memorable evening. Our food was cooked to perfection, with flavors that showcased remarkable culinary skill, while the wine selection was nothing short of exquisite—truly top-tier. The attentive staff elevated the experience further, anticipating every need with grace and professionalism. For anyone seeking refined dining with a holiday flair, Rayson Winery is a must-visit. Can’t wait to return in the Spring!
