    Our server was outstanding… very personable and attentive… We were there celebrating a NYE birthday and surprise marriage proposal… Very disappointed that Seafood platter was not available nor was the Butter Cake for dessert… If you have 9:30 -10:30 reservations available on NYE you should be able to offer the limited menu without disappointing customers, when running out of food… At MN very short celebration, music stopped and then felt like the shop was DONE… moving chairs and tables all around us… like OK its time to GO you folks… disappointed again…. Most of the food we ordered was outstanding… Sent back very rare ribeye to be cooked more (ordered med well)…. Came back BURNED… like it had been TORCHED….

    We had a delicious New Years Eve dinner at Rays. The restaurant was full so drink service was a little slow but both the manager and our server checked in on us. Food was delicious and generous portions - especially for a prix fixe menu - which offered a lot of options.

    New Year's Eve was a disaster, we finally seated at our table an hour past our reservation, in another 35 minutes until drinks were ever brought, The food runner helper for our waitress clearly had no idea what he was doing, refills were non-existent. The oysters were amazing salad was fantastic shrimp cocktail was very good, My bone-in ribeye that I ordered medium came out just a hair hotter than raw, salmon was overcooked all the steaks at our table were undercooked but since the night was already dragging on we just ate the food that was presented pay the $400 per couple tab and wrapped up about 10:40 making us 40 minutes late for our comedy show we were going to next that we ended up scrapping cuz we would have been an hour late for the show and just went home. You just expect more from my restaurant like rays, it doesn't help to complain they don't give a s*** it just makes me look like a fool too our guest as I'm boasting about how good the meal was going to be.

    Wife and I went early for NYE a la carte menu. Had raw oysters , calamari, salad, gumbo and lace basket dessert. All very good. Had two Vesper martinis each, delicious. Only weakness was our server didn't seem capable of multitasking and it took more time than it should to get drinks, clear two extra place settings from our table, etc. She worked hard no doubt but just seemed a bit overwhelmed. We'll be back soon, ambience is great too.

    Food selection is good. Wiish they had an omelet bar and a salad bar, or at least some kind of vegetable.

    The entire experience was excellent with the exception of their being out of the prime rib at 6:00 pm. Will definitely go back!

    This was incredibly disappointing!!!! I would like to start this review noting that I emailed Rays Killer Creek privately and got no response. Our reservation was on Christmas Eve. We have gone here for the last 4 years but will not return next year. Service all around was NOT good and incredibly slow. We waited at the bar until our table was ready and had a bar tender (in the midst of a very crowded bar) completely ignore us as he was on his phone. It appeared that they had overbooked for Christmas Eve which was chaotic. We had a later reservation and had to wait 30 minutes for our table, which they apparently gave to someone else. Others at the bar waited over an hour. By the time we actually sat down we were told they were out of certain dishes that we saw others getting later. 3 out of 4 of us got physically sick from the food. You know it is bad when you are just glad you finally get to leave.
