Range was great for Sunday brunch ! It was not busy so we could easily get reservations which I love. There were 4 adults and a baby so it was nice to not have to wait somewhere to get in. The menu had a great variety of brunch items as well as lunch items. Everyone enjoyed their meal which included the buffalo chicken quesadillas with fresh delicious pico de gallo, vegetable egg skillet, cheeseburger with sidewinder fries and a crème brulee French toast ! We had a nice booth with dining room to ourselves More people sat in bar area and some golfers using the simulators which was completely isolated from dining room Waitress was great with lots of great ordering advice. Bloody Mary’s Were great and mimosa were also tasty.

The section we were sat at was in shambles from the time we got there until we left. The lady waiting on 6-7 tables got everything wrong. Canceled orders 3-4 times with the tables next to us. One table directly next to us didn’t even get to eat they were there for 2 hrs before we got there. They were drunk and complained the whole time and all 5-7 tables were chatting back and forth about how bad the service was. I spent and $300 for our meal to have a nice night with my wife. We had the worst time. The food wasn’t cooked correctly and we were felt guilty the whole time bc we had a server that was actually doing her job correctly. Im super upset about how he night went and even worse I paid $300 to have the worst time. The next day writing this I feel even more heated I just wanted to chat with my wife and have a good valentines day. What a joke of a business. The manager was a totally jerk and didn’t know how to handle the situation at all. I felt bad for the waitress definitely need a new manager. I would love a refund so I can take my wife to a classy restaurant and make it up to her. What a JOKE OF A RESTAURANT! NEVER COMING BACK AND LETTING ALL OUR FRIENDS KNOW TO NOT GO THERE.

It was as Valentines Day so they could have been busy. But service was subpar. We had 8 in our party and 5 people got the Chicken Parm, and the chicken was raw we had to send them back. They made them pay half price. We had someone puking an hour after leaving the restaurant due to the food. They still made us pay the 20% gratuity.

Probably one of the worst experiences we've ever had in terms of service. Before I say anymore, the food was very good. As for the service, what didn't go wrong? We were one of 5 tables that seemed to be forgotten. After we got a waiter, it still took 20 minutes to get drinks. We placed our order but 5 minutes later, the waiter came back and asked if we were ready to order. We told her we had already ordered, from her, she went back to the kitchen without verifying our order. When our order came out, it was wrong. However, shortly after that our food came out very quickly. The service was a complete cluster. It all escalated when one of the managers came back and ask if there was a problem. He got an earful and did not handle it well. He seemed surprised and defensive. Not the way to handle 5 tables lustered together who are all very frustrated. This same manager had just stopped by a table who was there before we were and never did get their food. He apologized for their experience. Not likely a place we'll rush back to, however, they did recognize how poor the service was and comped our meals. For this, I would like to give them another chance. Like I said, the food was very good. It's unfortunate the service was so poor on Valentine's Day. Tony

I’ll start with our meal was comped (along with 4 other tables). First inexperienced waitress on Valentine’s Day, not good. Sat for 30 minutes without anyone coming to table. Had to order entree with a different waitress. Had to asked about our food 30 minutes after ordering, finally came out 15 minutes later. They brought the wrong dish for my wife & she had to wait another 10/15 minutes for hers. No one came to ask about drinks or how the food was. Food was good not great but good. Had to ask for check & they couldn’t figure it out. There were 5 separate tables that had the same issue. One poor couple never got their food after reordering 3 different times and sitting there for 2 hours. They explained their frustration and then left. We asked for the manager after they couldn’t figure out any of the tickets. Manager acted like he had no idea what happened and was not helpful; even though he comped the drinks for the couple who waited 2 hrs. He argued with the remaining 4 tables before going to the back. Sat for another 10 minutes waiting, finally wife had enough and asked for the ticket. They still couldn’t produce one. She said enough is enough and we are done talking, those remaining 4 tables all need to be comped. They agreed. After being at the place for 2+ hours, we were able to leave. The waitress was nice and tried hard but was in over her head. Her management failed her and never attempted to help her out. Just kept sending her back out to frustrated customers. Without a doubt the absolute worst experience in a restaurant in my life. We will never return.

Good was good - service was okay but they were extremely busy as it was New Years Eve. Very loud could use some noise buffers.

Nice restaurant and atmosphere. Our table ordered 3 appetizers. Service took a while. First two appetizers can out but almost 20 minutes before we could get plates or silverware to start eating, so flatbread and buffalo bites were room temperature. So not as appetizing. The third, the nachos took 42 minutes to come out. We asked for an adjustment/credit of some sort: Waitress was nice about it, but when she brought back the new bill, there was no discount at all. When asked about it, she said they took off 40%. I pointed out there was no discount at all. She brought back adjusted bill. I pointed out, it went up another $21, not decreased at all. She apologized. The third time was a charm and we got the correct bill. She was trying, but took a lot of extra time to pay and get out of restaurant.
