This was our second time dining here for New Year’s Eve. Last year was an awesome experience; this year didn’t quite match up but was still enjoyable. We felt rushed from the beginning because the staff were overly attentive - asking for drink orders before even read the cocktail menu, being checked on by our server immediately followed by a hostess and/or a manager checking on us at the beginning of each course. The server didn’t need the follow ups, she was doing a great job so the other two checks felt inappropriate. We were only there for a total of maybe 70 minutes and it felt like they were rushing us. The menu is modified for the holiday and they had an okay mix of options but there wasn’t a single pasta dish this year, which was what I looked forward to from last year. The food was still delicious - we had shrimp cocktail, ricotta board (too much pita for the amount of ricotta, but still good), lobster risotto, and crab cakes. The cranberry walnut bread was a big hit. Festive cocktails were wonderful, including the gingerbread martini.

I don't leave many bad reviews. The night started off with sitting down at the table and the Valet comes in and asks if I can park my own car for them since the 2 guys there can't drive a manual transmission. We order Crab Cakes and Beef Wellington. The Crab Cakes were Cold, not room temperature but cold. The Beef Wellington was came out Medium Well/Well Done, We asked to Medium Rare. There was food stuck to the inside of my Soda glass. And when dessert came (Lava Cake) the ice cream with it was almost fully in a melted pool. So how long did that sit under a headlamp or in the hot plate it was on until it got to us. Overall just a bad experience there.

We had wonderful first experience at Randall’s on New Year’s Eve. Our drinks were awesome! I had a Smoked Fig Old Fashion and my wife had her usual Cosmo. Both very nice. We had a poached shrimp Cocktail to start and I had the Beef Wellington. The wife had the stuffed pork chop. Both were very tasty. Their bread was very special with the butter served rolled on a marble sized ball coated with a dusting of salt. Nice little detail. Service was gracious and quick, but not too quick. We’ll be looking forward to our next visit. I congratulate Chef Carlos on his creativity with these special dishes.

I cannot say enough positive things about our experience at Randall’s! The staff, the food, the ambiance - all were terrific and I can’t wait to go back!!

Ate in the bar area which is a beautiful setting. The pizza with caramelized onions, sausage and gorgonzola was awesome. Great, attentive service and a very good value.

A terrific experience start to finish. From Morgan, who checked us in and sat us, to Val our server who was efficient and gracious to Michaela, restaurant manager who checked on us during the meal, to the dishes themselves - everything was great. Our table ordered a wide variety of apps and dinners and they all were done very well. And the ambience is also very pleasant. 10/10

Our waiter Joe made this a wonderful experience. He was professional and knowledgeable; very helpful with suggestions. The food was terrific and we will return!

Very beautiful and welcoming environment. Food was amazing. Service was excellent and we did not feel rushed at all.
