Pasamos un muy buen momento en familia, todo el servicio es excelente, desde que te reciben hasta los que nos atendieron en la mesa. La comida muy rica con buen sabor, presentacion y cantidad en cada platillo .

My husband and I came at dinner time on a Saturday. The restaurant was basically empty but it took a long time for servers to come to us and waited even longer to get our drinks. My steak was dry and vegetables didn’t have seasoning. Our experience didn’t feel up to par from the reviews I’ve seen and definitely wouldn’t go back.

Very pretty environment but very loud environment on a busy night. Like most restaurants these days. Not very many dividers to keep noise level lower. Server was very nice, Food was very good. Good overall experience. Patio is very nice in the warmer months.

It was my first time dining with RCW. After reading numerous reviews, I decided that RCW was the best place for dinner. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the ambiance and energy of the place. It wasn’t too rowdy, but it wasn’t too quiet either—just the right balance where you can enjoy a private dinner while still being surrounded by lively company. The food was beyond great. We started with the Brussels sprouts, which absolutely blew my mind, and then moved on to the Cowboy Steak and Filet Mignon. For dessert, we had the Whiskey Bundt Cake—an absolute must-try when you visit. Be sure to pair it with their coffee; you won’t be disappointed. We also tried the dessert wine, which had distinct chocolate raspberry notes, though those flavors only came through after a strong hit of alcohol (lol). The only downside of the night was the service at our table. From the moment we sat down, it took 20 minutes just for the server to come over and take our drink order. Even after placing the drink order, it was another 20 minutes before they returned to ask about appetizers—by which time we were already ready to order our main dishes. I believe the manager noticed because she personally came over to take our dessert order. It seemed like she had seen us sitting there, twiddling our thumbs while waiting for the server. I had read reviews mentioning that the service at the Ladera Ranch location was subpar, and unfortunately, I have to agree. Other than that, I highly recommend visiting this place just for the food! Thank you to the manager on duty who noticed us sitting there uncomfortably. She is definitely service-oriented and genuinely cares about taking care of the customers.

Our server, Avery, was exceptional. We usually go to the SJC location and this was first time at Ladera Ranch. Here is an honest food review: we shared the coconut shrimp appetizer. While super tasty, the shrimps were very hard and dense. The shrimp and angel hair pasta - shrimp was cooked perfectly and very tasty. The salmon was just slightly too well done for my liking. The jasmine rice it was served with was a clump of pasty overcooked rice that had more of a mashed potato consistency. Server took it off bill - inedible. The whiskey Bundt cake yummy. As always, the Maverick wine was delicious. If the winery would allow us to choose the wines we enjoy rather than take what they choose - we would rejoin their wine club.

Overall, it was a great experience. The waiter was attentive and took excellent care of us, and the environment was very appealing because it was Valentine's Day. I can't say enough good things about the place. This is my third time dining at this type of restaurant. This time, it is a different location, but the experience is still top-notch.

The meal was fabulous. It was a pleasure having our meal next to a great couple that happened to be the owners of this great restaurant. It's an awesome GEM to have close to our home in Mission Viejo. We LOVE it.
