Honeymoon dinner the night after the ceremony, just my HUSBAND and I: Food and atmosphere was incredible! Staff was friendly and professional! No complaints!

was Servernot attentive or good at all. Wife’s Wellington was burnt inside and gave it a bitter taste. When we mentioned it all that was said was sorry no attempt to fix the issue. The Brussels sprouts were overcooked and bland. We were there for the 20th anniversary of me receiving my Purple Heart in Iraq and the entire night was ruined and horrible.

My husband and I had a great time celebrating our anniversary and NYE dinner at Ramsey's Kitchen. Andrew was our waiter. He was very professional and gave us an amazing service. We loved the food & dessert! The whole experience was spectacular! Everything we ate, I kept saying, "Where is Gordon? I want his recipes. Thank you so much, Gordon, for such delicious dishes and having an amazing crew!

I had a perfect table. Super soft Wellington, professional service from PJ, greeted by friendly hosts, manager checked in on us and enjoyed a cranberry cream dessert that surprised me in a happy sweet-sour way. Relaxing and perfect New Year's Eve evening.

Food is mediocre. Ate at one of the casino restaurants earlier for lunch and it was much better. My wife’s food came out with one burned piece of chicken and one not burned. Not sure why the chef checking food before it goes to tables let that go. Shrimp cocktail was average, Costco shrimp is better. Crab cake was very good. Manager and waitress were excellent, removed our dinners from the bill. Had to ask twice for water refill from the server. First experience in a Gordon Ramsey restaurant and don’t plan to patron another one.

It was a great experience. Jeremy took care of our time there and was amazing everyday. He also got us a cake for my fiance s birthday and the toffee pudding was really good.

Overall it’s an experience. First the service was good they are prompt and attentive. However the restaurant itself was louder than expected. The intention was thinking it would be an intimate experience which in a way was but hard to have a conversation. The food itself had very good flavor and was prepared in an advance culinary way. The downfall would be portion sizes to prices. In my opinion the price does not reflect the quantity. Although quality is very good it’s not a fair price. As I said before it’s an experience and I’m glad to try it but probably wouldn’t go again.

We went on NYE at Ramsay Kitchen. It was a great experience. We have been to Hell's Kitchen a few times but first time at Ramsay Kitchen in Reno. The atmosphere was comfortable. Staff every attentive and friendly. Very knowledgeable of the menu. Brandon was our waiter and was excellent. We had the rolls as a starter.. delicious. The salmon was cooked perfectly as well as the filet. Sticky toffee pudding also very good. All the staff was very kind and best service have received in a very long time. A great experience!
