Quince is an upscale casual, indoor/outdoor restaurant where all demographics and generations come together and enjoy a dining experience beyond normal expectations. La comida nos llegó fría la tuvimos que regresar ! Y al final hubo un relajo con su systems en el cobro de la cuenta y nos cobraron una vez , y que según esto no había pasado el cobro Pero en mi banco decía que si , el señor Dria fue muy amable y nos explicó y se volvió a cobrar , que según esto nos iba a devolver el primer cargo , siendo extranjeros no hubiésemos esperado esto en una ciudad tan visitada x extranjeros . Ya avisaré si se nos bonifica el pago .

La comida pasable pedí pulpo y se pasó de cocción parecía goma, las porciones muy pequeñas el sabor bueno los drinks buenos el servicio un poco lento tardaron mucho en darnos la cuenta.

2nd Time since last week, same weekend Last time Valentine's weekend, This time 1st Birthday. Same server. Same ambiance just happier guests. "Brandon" and my girl "I will surely mention her next visit I couldn't see her name since her name tag was a little bit blurry." I have my friend came from Houston and this is the place in mind to bring them and show them how Austin is different dinning in than anywhere else it's Quince Lakehouse y'all. I'm happy with Visa showing and recommending this place I was able to experience it here. Loving it more. Food was served good, hot, presentable and I don't mind waiting as long as it's fresh from the kitchen to my table and we'll made not rushed.

Quince has been a staple in our Austin experience since opening and has always set the bar high but we were not impressed today. Our service was subpar - having to hail the waiter multiple times because we hadn’t been checked on and needed water, additional drinks, etc. I was also given the wrong order and told there was nothing that could be done so I had to settle for a dish that I was not expecting. I would still suggest this restaurant, today just was not our day.

Our waitress was great and the food and drinks were good. I had an indoor reservation, but because there was a large party at one table inside, they were trying to sit the other guests on the covered patio. It was absolutely freezing, guests were eating with winter coats on. There were plenty of open tables inside. We were moved inside where the temperature was better and we didn't have to eat in winter coats. There were plenty of other tables. no one should have had to suffer on the patio.

This was our first and probably last visit. When I made the reservation I thought I reserved a table inside but we were sat in the seating area closest to the water. It was so loud we couldn’t carry on a conversation. The music was too loud for the room. Service was spotty and our food was very slow to come out. The spicy tuna roll had no flavor and the bao buns were hard like concrete. The hummus with short rib was excellent and a size able portion. The server was kind to not charge for the bao.

We usually go for dinner and it’s always great but this rating is based on brunch. Took my family and food was mediocre. Kids meals weren’t good either.
