Quigley's Pint & Plate, in Pawleys Island, crafts a modern interpretation of elevated pub grub in its relaxing restaurant with English pub-inspired décor and in-house handcrafted brews. The spicy pimento cheese blend and the fried green tomatoes topped with blackened shrimp, goat cheese, and Thai chili glaze are updated and delicious versions of classic Southern dishes. Some of Quigley's Pint & Plate's specialty entrées include the pub steak topped with gorgonzola cheese and red-eye gravy, the beer-battered cod fish tacos, the chicken and waffles with honey-pecan butter and sausage gravy, and the veggie-friendly and hand-made vegan burger. Quigley's Pint & Plate also hosts trivia nights and features daily happy hour specials with discounted drinks and appetizers, making it a great spot for a fun night out!

    Great spot for lunch . We enjoyed a pub burger and bologna burger 🍔. Both were delicious. Wonderful beer choices . We had a great waitress — she was attentive and very friendly!

    We had been here a few years ago traveling through and it was one of the best meals I had ever had, so we came back. I ordered the fried green tomatoes that I had the first time and they changed them and it’s not as good a dish, disappointing since they were amazing on our first trip. On our first trip I ordered the special they had that evening, fried flounder over cheesy grits and stewed tomatoes, a quintessential southern dish and it was sooo good!! This time they offered blackened Maui over cheese grits and stewed tomatoes, so o ordered that but with mahi grilled. The Mahi was good, and the grits were good but they were drowned in a mixture of “stewed”tomatoes, peppers, onions and more okra than a family could eat! It was okay. Our server was busy with a couple large tables and then another table (Xmas party?) with lots of kids came in so it was really loud. We probably won’t make it a priority to go back next time here, like we did this time.

    The food and service were excellent! The ambiance is okay. The bar area is completely separate from the dining area so it feels a little disconnected.

    A fourteen year customer. Great place. Only issue I have ever had is that if you want a medium rare burger, order it rare. I have never had a meal with which I was dissatisfied. I drive from Georgetown to dine there. Also, great STOUT when they have it on tap.

    Six of us dined at Quigley's Pint & Plate for dinner. We were promptly seated outside on the porch. Exceptional service. The Cajun Seafood Cornbreads, Spinach Salad w/ added on Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna and Flounder special were all great. The Primavera had a wonderful taste, though a little more sauce would have been welcomed. The Cajun Seafood and Primavera were large enough portions we reheated them the next day for lunch. The Cajun Seafood was as good the next day. I added some heirloom tomatoes to the Primavera and that served two of us for lunch. I recommend the Pint & Plate.

    Bridget was an excellent server, had a great sense of humor, and accommodated our every need. She went above and beyond, actually anticipating our needs before we even knew we needed anything. The food was delicious. The drinks were customized as ordered, expertly crafted, amazing and satisfying.
