Quarter Acre, a welcoming neighbourhood restaurant combined with an upscale dining experience, is inspired by Chef Toby Archibald’s world travels and New Zealand roots. When you enter Quarter Acre, you will be transported to a place of warmth and character. A journey from the earthy green musk of the New Zealand rainforest to the cool blue of the Pacific Ocean.

The Culinary Experience:
Enjoy food prepared using both classic and modern techniques with a strong influence placed on local and national, seasonal produce. At the same time, global ingredients will also have their place at the table, in particular items from Toby’s home country of New Zealand, such as fresh seafood and unique meats and flavours.

When dining with us, Quarter Acre accepts cash, debit, and credit card. A 3.4% convenience fee will be added to all payments made by credit card.

Quarter Acre was a wonderful experience. The service was quick, responsive, and respectful everything you can ask for. The food was wonderful, the beef tartar was a perfect balance of buttery fat, sharpness, and just a hint of smokiness. The sea bass was phenomenally prepared, flakey and moist, and the asparagus had a delicious char to it. My compliments to the entire team at Quarter Acre.

This amazing place is exactly what Dallas needs. We have very good restaurants in this area, but at the end of the day, it’s all the same thing and the same flavor. In Quarter Acre, Chef Toby does an amazing job with the variety of flavor in one small bite. From the small Snacks, the Appetizer, Entry, and Dessert, every bite is filled with an explosion of flavor. We are definitely coming back!

Had a perfect meal experience. Ordered several appetizers and fish and duck for dinner. Everything was excellent including presentation and service. Drinks were also especially wonderful.

Overall good, but the wine list was a little narrowly focused on Australia/NZ without providing a ton of context for style of producer. Hard to know what to think if you just have varietal to go on in a huge region without much US representation where there has been a huge shift in style over the last half century. It seemed just too much of an effort to get into that conversation to figure out what we would actually be drinking, so we just got cocktails.

The food was phenomenal, service next level, and ambiance sublime. Overall an experience I will rave about for years to come. I don’t have words to describe how much I loved and enjoyed my dining experience. Not just me but my entire party could not believe the experience. Everything was perfect. Not once did we feel rushed nor did we feel as though it dragged. Everything was timed exactly right in a way I have never seen.
