Each dish reflects this moment of growth and abundance, shaping a menu that feels vibrant, alive, and deeply connected to its origins. As you move through the menu, you’ll experience a progression of flavors that highlight the ingredients we love most this time of year. Each course is a reflection of how these elements come together—connected by the landscapes they come from and the season that brings them to life.

All of the dishes in the tasting menu were delicious with an outstanding presentation. We also had the cocktail and wine experience which had delightful pairings.

Truly worthy of the Michelin Star. The spring tasting menu was an incredible collection of delicious bite sized works of art, and we could not think of a dish that did not deliver it's own unique experience. We elevated with caviar and creme fresh, and the shaved black truffle on the morels; highly recommended. What a feast of flavours. Congrats, we will be back.

It was an absolutely wonderful experience! Everything exceeded my expectations. I’m so glad I chose Published for my partner’s birthday celebration! The food was both delicious and creatively presented, and the wine pairing was exceptional—especially with Evan’s insightful explanations.
