Prost! is a refreshing experience located downtown Frankenmuth! Offering a wide selection of wine and beer from around the globe, along with perfectly crafted cocktails. Our menu encompasses the European culture from imported charcuterie and cheese, shareable plates, salads, paninis and heartier dishes. We are dedicated to ensuring our guests are given a welcoming experience and bringing something new to the community for all to enjoy!

In the summer, our intimate dining space opens to the wonderful outdoors, leading to a patio on Main St.

Prost offers a semi-private dinning room that we call our "cellar." Our cellar has capacity for 20 guests seated and 25 guests standing, with hightop tables. Katie was amazing! Extremely sweet! One of the best waitresses we've had while going to Prost. Food was delicious.

Build your own charcuterie board was great. Highly recommend the brie, smoked gouda, bread and butter pickles, prosciutto, and fig jam. Cocktails and wine were outstanding.

The drinks and food are always on point. We tried the cannoli for dessert and I would highly recommend. The service and quality of food are excellent.

I almost hate to advise others about what a great restaurant Prost is since it may result in greater difficulty in getting a table. Other restaurants in Frankenmuth such as the Bavarian Inn or Zenders may be great if you want massive amounts of food, but if you want delicious food and great service, Prost is the place to go. I can think of four great servers during the last four times we have eaten here and there pleasantness and attention to customers goes a long way to making the dining experience a wonderful one.

All of the food was incredible! The honey whipped ricotta was to die for, and the mimosa flight was great as well. Most of all, the service was great - we absolutely plan on coming back!
