there was a human hair in one of our sushi rolls which shows the kitchen isn't following sanitation rules. The wait staff was not very attentive. Once we paid our bill we sat around for awhile and chatted but never got more water or asked if we had decided we wanted another drink. Very disappointing.

Why would I make a reservation? 20 minutes later than my rezi they let me up. They gave us squatter seating not a high top as the rezi stated. There was no hostess upon arrival to check in and a massive crowd waiting. They let people without reservations go up before me. My roommate was one of them. At one point I asked the staff about it. It was ridiculous. I waited a couple nights before - which was why I was sure to make one.

We like to people-watch here. And we are never disappointed. The drinks are good but quite pricey. But the ambiance makes it worth it. Two in our party drink mocktails and there were really none on the menu. They were just regular beverages. We realize this is a bar, but some in the party may want a fancy mocktail. Just a suggestion.

We had a wonderful experience! The view from our table over looking the plaza lights was AMAZING!! Our service was incredible, and we loved everything we ordered! We can’t wait to go back!

Food and drinks were absolutely amazing. Had a dozen oysters and couple pieces of king salmon nigiri. Delicious. Our server was kind of reserved towards us at first, we experience that a lot, as we are a young couple who eat at more $$$ places. She opened up once she realized we were actually there to have a couple cocktails and order more than just truffle fries. Atmosphere is unmatched and as the sun set the blinds open to reveal the plaza, such a cool view!

We enjoyed a wonderful after dinner wine at cozy table overlooking the Plaza. Our waiter James was very attentive and helped us make a fabulous bottle of wine selection.
