Cada uno de los restaurantes Shula's Steak House está inspirado en los "1972's Undefeated Miami Dolphins" y su "temporada perfecta" (el único equipo en la historia de la NFL, o liga nacional de fútbol americano, en ganar una temporada 17 - 0). Los menús están pintados a mano en balones oficiales de la NFL y firmados por el propio entrenador. We have been to prime MANY times and decided on Christmas night to take my in-laws and kids to dinner as a special treat. We were disappointed for the first time ever. Our server was very sub par, steaks were overcooked, and the server at the table behind us split a sauce of some kind which splattered all over my husband and I, to which we had to ask for extra napkins to clean our selves and not even a sorry from anyone. We have never not ordered desert but tonight we just wanted to leave sadly. Very unfortunate to have had this experience on Christmas Day.

The experience is always wonderful but I truly appreciated the new chefs take on the menu! The beef tartar was amazing and the steaks were cooked perfectly. The service is always fantastic but Manny made our meal extra special with recommendations, watching our allergy and being extra helpful with a photo and an extra sweet. This was a Christmas Day dinner w e won't forget.

The food was on point, and our server James made sure that we had the best experience possible. I highly recommend the restaurant and James.

Steak tartare and crab cakes were tasty but crispy octopus was not. Steaks were good but on the rare side. Asparagus as overcooked and baked potatoes were more like mashed potatoes put into skins. Was there for a double birthday dinner but it was difficult to talk between the too loud music and a central location next to a talkative party. Was better once they left but maybe the table was too big as we had to move around to talk to the person next to you. Maybe should have requested a booth

The restaurant was really dark...couldn't see the food you were eating. The noise was compounded by music that was too loud. The food was mediocre and way overpriced. My filet was very chewy. I had to spit out some after relentless chewing. Fortunately, my guests didn't see it because it was so dark. Our server never asked how the food was because I would have told him. The scallop dinner came with only 4 scallops which were large but still meager. The asparagus. potatoes and brussels sprouts were all good. We had to pay for the bread. What restaurant requires you to pay for bread especially a supposedly "high class one"? Since there were 7 of us there was an added service fee of 20%. When had the recommended tip go from 18% to 20%?
