Noisy, loud annoying disco music, food overly salty, had reservations but made to wait when tables were abundantly available. If coffee shops can seat you immediately why does this “upscale” restaurant make you wait even with multiple hostesses at the checkin. Is this some industry trend? This has happened to me at several upscale restaurants in Hawaii and Las Vegas. Someone is not managing staff. Will not return even though meal was comped.

Since it was a monday evening, it was fairly quiet but the atmosphere was still great. Service as super (Taylor) as always. Food was also excellent as ever.

This is one of those classic times that you get what you pay for. The quality and quantity of food is appropriate. You will not leave hungry. The service was impeccable. It has been a while since I have enjoyed a great steak here you will not be disappointed. $$$$$

Ended up here for a regular Friday date night, I glanced at the menu before reserving a table but didn’t quite catch the “bougieness” of it all. We had a great time & lovely meal. Staff was very attentive & the sommelier didn’t judge us for our under $100 wine choice (some on the list for $2500 or more) Complimentary Prosecco for the elevator ride to the 11th was a nice touch. Romantic decor:++. DJ spinning EDM all night is the reason for the 3stars in ambiance, it wasn’t our cup of tea, but I can see how it was supposed to give a kind of Vegas younger crowd vibe. Just not what we were expecting for a quiet romantic evening. Would go back for the right occasion.

We found Prime to a generally satisfactory restaurant- the dining room experience was basic (no table cloths, just plain tables with a battery-powered tea light). The location has a nice view, but our table couldn't see any of it- just the view of a side patio rather than any lights. There were available tables with better views that were empty... there is a 'dress code' but patrons were dining that didn't seem to fit that dress code- extremely casual. The food was prepared well- very tasty- portions were a bit lopsided (i.e. side dishes were huge compared to the entree portion). Food and presentation was basic- steak sauce rather plain (AI taste level). Wait staff was pleasant- not trained in fine dining philosophy and methods, but took care of our general needs. Overall, the restaurant advertises itself like a fine dining experience and quality, but my assessment was that it was a nice place, but certainly not fine dining.

Our first table was in an area so noisy we could not have a conversation, asked to be moved, they only had a hightop in the bar but it was quieter so we took it. Steaks were good, wedge salad best I've ever had. Bread service was $10! Overall noise level was too high, background music too loud. Otherwise a solid choice for Prime steaks. Would not return just because of the noise.
