Everything was excellent. We split a tomahawk that was cooked to perfection along with the twice baked potato. Nice view from the roof too.

January 5, 2025 Marco ALL DAY, best customer service! We recently dined at Shula Prime AZ and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Marco. Hands down, he provided the best customer service we've experienced in Arizona. His professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly approach turned a great meal into an unforgettable dining experience. We ordered the dry-aged ribeye, six scallops, and a bottle of Almaviva. Marco's recommendations were spot-on—the ribeye was cooked to perfection, full of rich flavor, and the scallops were tender, seared beautifully, and bursting with freshness. The Almaviva was an outstanding choice, perfectly pairing with the meal and elevating the experience even further. Marco’s ability to anticipate our needs, maintain perfect timing, and genuinely ensure we were enjoying every moment was unmatched. He was attentive without being overbearing, knowledgeable, and passionate about making our night special. Thank you, Marco, for setting the bar so high! We’ll definitely be back and will ask for you by name, AND ONLY WANT YOU! Shula Prime is lucky to have you on their team!

The food and service was excellent! The view from the restaurant is amazing you get a great view of the east valley. The sword fish was amazing along with the sides.

The portions are big enough to share. Plus, the sides are family-size. The experience itself is great—starting with the champagne!

Our bartender was amazing! He had the perfect drink and food recommendations for us! We had a fantastic view of the sunset! The ambience was fun and up beat!

The restaurant service and the ambiance are fantastic at Prime on top of the hotel. The food was slightly above average, but we still recommend this gem for the views and the service.

My wife and I had dinner reservations for New Year’s Eve. When we arrived at the restaurant and were seated the menu stated that dinner that night was $225 per person. This information was never given to us when we made the reservations or when the restaurant called to confirm the reservation. We also weren’t told about the pricing when we checked in that evening. We were planning on spending around $200. Instead our bill was $588 (not including the tip). Had we known that dinner was going to cost $225 per person, we would have never made reservations there. I feel that Prime deliberately withheld this information from customers. The food and service were good, but we will not be going back to Prime again.

The music is loud and not good dinner music at all. Hard to even have a conversation with the person you are with. Service people are outstanding. and caring. Best part of the dining experience. The food was ok, but not great and for $225.00 per person for New Year's dinner was way overpriced. I did appreciate that the management allowed my date and I to share a meal. We are 85 and 93 years old and barely were able to eat all of a shared meal. At least we didn't waste a lot of food by being able to share. We appreciated the consideration for our needs. Usually the food in the Prime Steak House is very good, but seemed to not be as good on New Year's Eve.
