La comida increíblemente deliciosa, porciones generosas, buen servicio y ruido moderado. Nos enviaron la cuenta sin pedirla, queríamos más bebidas y no preguntaron, pero el resto estuvo muy bien.

Went the week after Valentine’s Day and it truly was a delightful experience. The service was impeccable. Detailed oriented, every request was filled, not only quickly, but with kindness and genuine. Omar and his helper were fantastic. Definitely will be back and requesting Omar. (Oh, the Delmonico 8ounce Filet is excellent. Cooked to your preference. There are many sides to choose from as well.) When you go, you will not be disappointed!!!

Our dinner and service was excellent. Robert, our waiter, was excellent as usual. Realizing that we were going to go to a pacer game, he kept the service moving. He is great with our grandkids as well as the adults. Our steaks were cooked to perfection and our grandkids loved the warm and gooey chocolate chip cookie loaded with ice cream and sauce.

Even though we had reservation’s, we were rushed out. Server did not offer a dessert menu and when we requested a dessert menu, she declined stating that the next party has already arrived and she’s trying to get us out. I was speechless. On top of that, she charged us 20% automatic gratuity even thought we only had a party of 5. Disappointing.

We had a party of 6 and arrived on time. After being seated, a couple next to us was in a heated conversation. A few minutes later, the man was extremely intoxicated and was berating his wife/girlfriend. I got up from the table and asked to speak to the manager and told her what was happening at that table. She said that she’d take care of it. The next thing you know, the poor waitress, was at the table explaining to him why the wouldn’t give him another bottle of wine. The man continues to insult the woman, very loudly, I return to the hostess desk and tell them that something needs to be done now. Finally, a manager comes out and after 5 minutes they finally leave. The area around us all claps!! What horrible management. This behavior should’ve been shut down before I intervened two times. The food was ok. I would not go back.

We have always loved going to Prime 47. But last nights dinner was such a disappoinment. We ordered the bone in ribeye medium. What we got was medium rare at best. But the most disappointing thing the server got out his little flash light and apologized for the bad lighting. He told us the steak was a nice medium but if we wanted he would have it cooked more. But when you send it back its usually over done. Barely ate any of the steak. The waitress that was helping did take 50% off of the steak. But thats not what we wanted. We just wanted to enjoy a nice steak cooked correctly. But, that was never offered.
