We are a 2023 & 2024 Wine Spectator Award of Excellence Winner.
If you’re in the mood for an evening of good food and elevated ambiance, pull up a seat at Prime 3 Steakhouse, in Historic Downtown Leesburg, FL, with flair. By serving premium steaks and fine wines, we hope to provide an elegant and family-friendly dining experience for everyone in our community. Try our mouth-watering prime rib or seared scallops or our Norwegian Salmon. Pair it with a fine wine and treat yourself to a top-notch meal.
Don't forget to try our creme Brulee or Craft-Made Ice Cream for dessert. Now open for Lunch Mon-Friday 11am to 2pm. No reservations are required for lunch.

We had a most EXCEPTIONAL family Christmas dinner tonight! Callie greeted us beautifully and professionally! Table was perfect! Matt was our server, and he was outstanding on every level! Perfect timing and attentiveness without rushing us through our evening! The wine selection was extraordinary, as he guided us through the Prime 3 story of the importance a good wine to enhance our meal. Really appreciated his knowledge of that! The salads were fresh and fabulous! Dave’s filet? None better! Asparagus cooked to perfection! And those tiny peppers? The greatest! The sorbet and hand cleansing were the cherries on the top! Extra touches of excellence! My husband and sister had the salmon from ANTARCTICA! Have you ever? Carole said it was the best salmon she has ever had! What a beautiful night/dinner/experience we had! Thank you, Prime 3! We WILL be back! We celebrated our anniversary in September there, and that’s why we returned with family to celebrate Christmas! MERRY US! ❤️🎄❤️🎄

I had the prime rib and have never had a prime rid rib with as much fat on it. It was easily 40% fat. It was also not as tender as a prime rib should be.The piano player was great as was the server. Noise level is too high for me.

We had dinner at Prime 3 to celebrate my birthday. From the moment we walked in, several people wished me Happy Birthday! Our food and drinks were delicious. I had the grilled grouper and my husband had the pork chop. Both were so tasty. Prime 3 is our go to when we want something more upscale. We look forward to returning again. Chris, our server, did a very good job !

Once a month, we enjoy our visit to Prime3. We always enjoy ourselves. From the friendly greeting we receive at the front door to our qualified and efficient waiter. This time CHRIS was our waiter and he was excellent. We enjoy a visit to our table by the owners And the restaurant manager always very friendly and glad to see us.

A truly excellent evening. Great food, impeccable service. Great wine. Special recognition to our waiter (don’t know his name, but he’s from Panama). Lively hostess. Friendly owner. I’ve eaten there about 5 times. This evening was the best.

Out with friends, we had delicious cocktails, the mussels were excellent, the grouper as well, sea bass special was large and delicious and the strawberry short waffle was a great ending to the meal. All in all a great experience.

First time diner at this restaurant. . The menu was creative and varied, with lots of choices. We had the salmon and grouper-delicious and prepared perfectly. Generous portions. Sides were good choices and plentiful. The restaurant was busy, but our service was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and very helpful. Prices are more than fair. I don't get into this area very often, but when I do, I am coming back!

Excellent Calamari, best we’ve ever had! Our entree’s were twin lobster tails and sea scallops which were huge, both very good. Very nice selection of sides and I especially liked that you could choose a salad as one of your 2 sides. Service was excellent and the timing of each course was just right. We highly recommend Prime 3 for a very enjoyable experience.

Chris was our server and he was excellent and so personable. Only thing was my filet was medium well which I ordered medium rare and I didn’t want to complain because our son was treating us for our 50th anniversary so I ate it but when you pay 60 for a steak I would have enjoyed it more had it been less well done but overall a great meal.
