    Excellent ambiance. A little loud sometimes especially with the music. Staff was helpful and kind. Good was delicious

    It was my birthday dinner and quite honestly they were rude start to finish. Made us wait 30 minutes for our table then sat us right next to the door, there were heaters on the table but we were still freezing. And after a 30 minute wait we expected better. Our server was short with us and it took me 20 minutes to find him again to order a glass of wine. Then they told us at the front podium that if they cut the cake it would be an extra charge, so we said dont worry we will cut it. The waiter brought out the cake so anticlimactically, then left us with just a butter knife. We made the best of it and cut a piece out. He comes back and looks shocked saying that the kitchen was going to cut it and they would have charged us either way. They come back out with the entire cake cut into 5 pieces and my slice was the only one that was completely falling apart. When it was time for the bill, the cake charge was 20 dollars extra. Overall, the ambience was great but for how much we paid, this experience was not worth it.

    My family took me for my birthday. The warmth and coziness of the restaurant was like a hug. The food was excellent and portions were very large. I will definitely be going back.

    Prima was extremely cozy and well designed. The menu had many options. Everything we tried for appetizer’s and entrees was beyond delicious. Unfortunately our server was not super attentive. I would like to try Prima again and hope the service matches the food and ambiance next time.

    My boyfriend and I went here for a Valentines brunch and it was awesome. The ambience is incredible and the staff are so friendly. Our server (I believe his name was Connor?) was very caring and helpful. The cocktails are really creative and tasty too.
