Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos visitar Prati Italia para pasar un rato ameno probando cócteles, esta vez lo visite con mis hijos que estan de vacaciones en Jacksonville ya que deseaban probar el filet mignon, pasamos una tarde magica disfrutando el ambiente y la deliciosa comida, los chicos no se querian ir ya que fue un buen tiempo gastronómico y familiar, nos encanta cuando el rooftop esta abierto, siempre que podamos volveremos.

I went there with my girlfriend to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and the service was not amazing. We felt very rushed the entire time and our server hardly checked in on us other than to bring us food and take our order. We were put in the darkest corner of the restaurant and it killed the whole vibe overall, the food was very good but it was hard to enjoy it when we were put it what I can only assume was a party or special events room where there was a birthday party and another event being quite loud and honestly ruining the night for me and my girlfriend.

My husband uses a mobility scooter and the hostess was helpful and kind in accommodating us. The pizza was filling and plentiful. We will return!

The food is always good but, for some reason, whenever we go there, something is not clean. Last time, the silverware was dirty. This time, the silverware and water glasses were dirty. The food is good but I’m starting to question the overall cleanliness of the place.

The chefs table by the kitchen was neat, except there were fruit flies buzzing around the table and our drinks. Not one or two, like 5-6. The kitchen staff could see us swatting, but remained looking at their phones. The Sugo is normally my go to. It was not served hot, it was just barely warm. The bread brought to the table was not warm or fresh. Our waiter was very attentive and it was pretty quiet.

My entree was served cold. I brought it home to reheat at a later date. Owner very apologetic and comped dinner. My husband enjoyed his meal.

Horrible experience. Save your money and go somewhere else. Try Meza Luna at the beach for a really good Italian restaurant.

Food was absolutely amazing along with the drinks. Service was so so, waitress seemed to be overwhelmed with the amount of tables so we often were looked over.
