The food was cold when we got it. Wasn’t cooked correctly. Asked for medium and we got rare. Manager said well why didn’t you tell me sooner we could have fixed it. But honestly only maybe 5 mins went by and we caught our server as soon as we could. Service was extremely slow and they weren’t even that busy.

Our server Chris was great. Everyone’s meal was good except for the halibut which was overcooked and very dry.

Enjoyed a lovely birthday brunch on Sunday. Short rib eggs benedict, and steak and egg entrees were well prepared and tasty. Very few other diners at that time, our server shared that the brunch crowd doesn't really pick up till around one. This resulted in very attentive service for us this visit, a vast improvement over two prior visits when the service was relatively slow at lunch and another time that was annoyingly slow at dinner. We will continue to visit as the food has been great, and hope for improved good service to continue on future visits.

We tried Post Kitchen for the first time last night motivated by the Taste of UTC special. We arrived for our 7:00 reservation and the restaurant was bustling. We were greeted & shown to an sad little table in a dark section that all the other tables were missing from to be pulled away for a large party in a nearby area. We asked about one of the 3 vacant booths in the brighter lit bar area a few feet away and were obliged. Only issue were the annoying flys from the open doors to the patio. Our server was very cordial but maybe spread too thin with t0o many other tables. After taking our order we didn't see him until after dessert was served. The UTC pre-fix menu included apps, entree, & dessert for $52. The Salmon Carpaccio, & the Crab Cake apps were excellent. Spouse ordered the Duck & I paid the $15 upcharge for the Beef Wellington. I was excited to try it as you seldom see Welly on menus anymore. Runners delivered our entrees. I really needed a steak knife as I was just smashing the Wellington trying to cut it with the (only) butter knifes on the table. We would also have appreciated salt & pepper, which were needed. My husband's Duck entree was disappointing. It was prepared perfectly, but was described a a Duck breast (they are very small as is), but the dish only included 2 small slices. Dessert arrived by kitchen runners again with soup spoons(?). They were pretty ice cream filled profiteroles with nuts & chocolate sauce, but were also very hard to eat with only spoons. Knifes were needed to cut through the pasty. Half way through smashing through them with our spoons our Server stopped by. We requested utensils to finish our desserts & mentioned the issue with the small serving of the Duck. He came back from the kitchen and said the OWNER was there & had himself questioned the small Duck portion. The Owner graciously covered the entire $52 change for my spouse's food. We weren't sure we'd ever come back again, but now we definitely will.

We did the prix fixe menu and it was excellent. We were allowed to relax with space between courses. Overall, really enjoyed.

We were very dissatisfied with the quality of the good this time. Server and and atmosphere was great but for some reason the quality of the food wasn’t there and especially for the prices we paid. We were kind of leary when we arrived there to find a lot of empty tables for a Saturday night but after eating our dinner we could see why. They must have changed chefs or something and we’re not planning on returning.
