This is a nice quiet restaurant at the early time slot (5:30) we chose before going to the theatre. It is not a large menu but certainly there are adequate choices for most tastes. Especially interesting was the Caesar salad that could be ordered with kale rather than romain. Both our entrees were perfectly cooked and very tasty. The restaurant serves complimentary bread which seems to be unusual these days. We thought the wine list was extremely expensive although the red bottle we ordered was nice and served at the correct temperature. Coffee which we ordered was also expensive. We did not try the desserts as they seemed quite pricey.

The service was good our server Nikita was very attentive. The food was also good and the portion was good although in our experience the cut of steak we got was rather tough and had a lot of sinew which spoiled the main course. The noise level was due to a guest on the bar lounge side that kept talking in a loud voice for the entire dinner, nobody seemed to tell the person to lower their voice. The main host and a male server were also talking about other guest in a loud manner which as a guest I would not want to hear because it made us think that when we leave they’ll be gossiping about how we were as guests.

The last time I was at Portico’s was in the mid-2000s. I had good memories eating there when I worked in the area -a variety of different choices on the menu, healthy and delicious. To my surprise it continues to be. We enjoyed ourselves and ate everything off of our plates. Will definitely would go back more often!

The food was just “ok”. Two people in our party had a sore stomach and were uncomfortable for the evening. Not sure the food is as fresh as you expected.

Surprised to find that it is inside the Comfort Inn Hotel. I either missed it in open table when booking or it does not say. We were a group of 8. Arrived before any other tables. Received our food last. Plates are big and portion is small. Unfortunately this is regular hotel food trying to be a fancy restaurant. Not likely to return.

On arrival we were met by a very courteous waitress, our dinner was excellent, served by the Sam young lady, always had a smile.

We dined at portico prior to going to theatre. Service was friendly and efficient. Great food particularly the feature flatbread. Would definitely visit again!
